you are a beginner and want to build your practice in a healthy way
struggle to find motivation to practice and want to build heathy habits
In a private class we focus on what you want to work on and build a structured plan to support you in achieving the outcome you desire.

Breathwork is simple, fast and easily accessible. Right breathing regulates the nervous system by influencing our autonomic nervous system, relieves stress or anxiety and enhances emotional equilibrium.
I work with athletes, people with sleep issues, burnouts or chronically high stress levels and people who want to use it to tap into greater states of consciousness and energy level.
I customize breathing exercises according to your unique condition and desired outcome.
