Are the Corporate Wellbeing programs adjustable according to specific team and industry requirements?
All my offerings for Corporate Wellbeing can be amended in terms of industry, duration and format (online or in person).
Are you also open to teach outside Zurich or Switzerland?
Yes. This can be accommodated either via online sessions/offerings or in person on site, for which travel expense would be factored in the final price.
Do I need experience in Yoga to participate in your classes, are they suitable for beginners?
All classes are suitable for beginners, as I focus on proper alignment and give easier options for more complex poses. I adapt the class as needed depending on the level of participants.
If you want to advance in specific areas (balance, strength, flexibility, therapeutic alignment to heal), it is possible to book private classes.
What if I can’t afford the price of your workshops / retreats?
If you are a student or are in a difficult financial situation at the moment, contact me and we can find a solution. This is only applicable for a private person and not for companies.
