You can book a one-time experience or establish an ongoing partnership for long-term impact on weekly or monthly basis.
A combination of Breathwork and Yoga can be arranged as well.
Corporate Breathwork
Breathwork sessions are highly effective for corporate settings. They help increase productivity, focus, reduce stress and enhance emotional equilibrium.
Depending on time availability, these sessions can range between 30min - 45min anytime throughout the work day.
For conferences or seminars, express sessions of 10min are possible.
Corporate Yoga
Yoga sessions for employees can be refreshing and improve mental health at the workplace. Whether early bird class, a mid-day reset or after work, the time slot can be arranged upon preference.
A Yoga session can be held in the office spaces or online and lasts between 45min - 60min. All levels can be accommodated.

The 10-minute virtual breathwork break was exactly what we needed after our session on personal resilience.
